Flo Wood joined the company from Ericsson in 2001 and was appointed Managing Director in 2010. With over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, Flo has knowledge and experience in low-to-medium volume, high technology sectors, and high volume consumer electronics markets.
Arash is our Technical Director, in charge of the Design department, and a primary contributor to the company’s strategic direction. He is a chartered engineer with an extensive knowledge and experience in developing commercial and industrial systems from medical devices to automotive industry.
Mariam joined the company in 2010 as an Accounts Assistant; she went on to study CIMA through Kaplan Financial and is now a Chartered Management Accountant, ACMA. She was appointed Director in 2019 and is currently studying for the Executive MBA at Loughborough University.
Business Development Manager
Tracy joined Datalink in 1991 as a Secretary. As the company grew, Tracy moved on to deal with sales enquiries from current and potential new customers, along with sales order processing. Since then her role has been to improve and develop relationships with customers, and to provide support to the sales and management teams.
Peter joined Datalink in 2004 he has progressed through various positions over 16 years and recently became our Operations Manager. Well versed in all aspects of the business he also operates as the QMS Management Representative to ensure Datalink continues to run effective systems for the benefit of our customers.
Iain joined Datalink in June of 2017 as the Production Manager. He has spent over 30 years working in manufacturing, predominantly in the electronics industry. He has worked across several manufacturing sectors including industrial, consumer & aftermarket for both OEM & CEM.
NPI, Process and Quality Engineer
Steve joined Datalink in March of 2019 and is now the resident NPI, Production & Quality Engineer. He has over 25 years’ experience in the electronics industry across a variety of sectors including high volume, low volume high mix, high technology telecoms, medical & military products in the OEM & CEM marketplace.
Senior Design Engineer
Ian has a B.Eng in Electronics from Sheffield University. He has worked on developing electronics and C firmware, mainly in the telecommunications industry. He has experience of GSM and CAT1, wifi and ISM band radio product design and fixed line telephony design. He has designed PCB and hybrid circuits using STM32, 8051 and PIC processors.
Sergejs has a completed his 1st Class BEng Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree, along with significant Oil & GAS, Medical and Automotive industry experience. He has a variety of skills including complex analogue and digital electronic circuit design, lower level C/C++ code development for interaction with different micro controllers as well as higher level C# code development for graphical user interface solutions.
