High-Mix Pick
and Place Capability
At the heart of our SMT capability is the Europlacer ii-N2 pick and place system, providing exceptional flexibility, speed and placement accuracy. This platform excels in high-mix electronics assembly, supporting a wide range of component sizes while maintaining fast changeovers and consistent results.
Precision Solder Paste Printing
Accurate solder paste application is achieved using the Europlacer EP710 automatic screen printer, ensuring repeatable, high-precision prints that form the foundation for robust solder joints and long-term product reliability.
Inline 3D Automated Optical Inspection
To maintain the highest quality standards, our line includes inline 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) from ALeader, delivering comprehensive component and solder joint inspection before reflow. This allows early defect detection and guarantees assemblies meet stringent quality requirements.
Controlled Reflow Soldering
Final soldering is completed using the AirSolder TSM TRAI-F82S reflow oven, providing controlled thermal profiling and consistent reflow performance across complex PCB designs.
