Back in August 2010 Datalink Electronics announced the exciting news that we had been selected to take part in the Coaching for High Growth programme funded by the East Midlands Development Agency.
We were chosen for our capacity for growth, drive, vision and enthusiasm and investment in our staff.
Our senior management team have been busy making sure that we achieve growth and create jobs.
As six months have now passed we thought it was about time to update you on how we’re getting on.
Well the great news is that we are on track to achieve 20% growth this year and after the continued success of the last two apprentices we employed we are in the process of recruiting another apprentice this year.
We are dedicated to investment in the training & development of our staff to support the growth of both the design & manufacturing of electronic assemblies.
So as well as the new apprentices we will also be recruiting at least two more trainees that will be trained internally by our qualified IPC trainer to attain the necessary skills for manufacturing cables, harnesses, printed circuit boards and final assembly.
