Datalink have won a significant contract to manufacture a hand held water testing device for marketing in China.
The Datalink design team were commissoned to overcome obsolescence issues to the unit that they have been manufacturing for some time. This involved replacing the main CPU, LED module and memory.
Significant upgrades to the software were required to account for the hardware differences.
Our customer has successfully marketed the enhanced device in China to open a whole new market leading to vastly increased volume requirements.
