Customer Survey Update

In last month’s newsletter we announced that we’d be sending a survey to some of our customers in order to continue to improve our service. The aim of the survey was to help us to understand what you consider most important when working with a PCB designer and manufacturer, and your experience of our service.

We’d like to thank all of our customers for participating in the survey, your feedback is vitally important to us. The feedback so far has been really positive, with 100% of respondents stating that they would recommend us to another company, and the large majority stating that they are very likely to order from us in the future and very satisfied with the quality of the manufacturing. As always there are some areas for us to work on, so watch this space for those updates!
